My pup and I had a wonderful stay at one of the Agate Bay properties in Carnelian Bay. It was a beautiful cabin in a great location right across from the lake. The unit had ample desk and table space along with good wifi, which was perfect for WFH. Most importantly, the host was extremely responsive and helpful.
